1. Profile Bio Guidelines
Your profile bio is your opportunity to introduce yourself to potential matches. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your bio is appropriate and respectful:
- Respectful Language: Use respectful and inclusive language. Avoid any form of hate speech, derogatory comments, or discriminatory language.
- Honesty: Be honest and authentic about who you are. Misleading information is not allowed.
- No Explicit Content: Profiles must not contain any sexually explicit content, nudity, or graphic descriptions.
- No Personal Contact Information: Do not include personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, or social media handles in your bio.
- Privacy of Others: Do not share information about others without their consent, including their names, photos, or any personal details.
2. Behavior During Video Calls
Video calls are an integral part of connecting with potential matches. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all participants, please adhere to the following behavior guidelines during video calls:
- Respect: Treat your match with respect at all times. Harassment, bullying, and aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Consent: Ensure that your match is comfortable with the conversation. Do not pressure them into discussing topics they are not comfortable with.
- Appropriate Attire: Dress appropriately for video calls. Nudity or sexually suggestive clothing is not allowed.
- Privacy: Do not record or share video calls without the explicit consent of the other person. Respect their privacy and confidentiality.
- No Explicit Content: Do not engage in sexually explicit behavior or share explicit content during video calls.
- Safety: If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe during a call, you can end the call immediately and report the behavior to us.
3. General Conduct
To maintain a positive community atmosphere, please adhere to the following general conduct guidelines:
- Age Requirement: Only individuals who are 21 years or older are allowed to sign up.
- Verification: You must complete the verification process, including providing a government ID and a selfie, to receive a blue check mark on your profile.
- Respect Boundaries: Respect the boundaries and preferences of others. Do not spam or harass other users.
- Legal Compliance: Follow all applicable US and international laws. Any illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Payment: The service costs $10/month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are processed through Stripe, and we comply with their terms of service.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
We take violations of these guidelines seriously. If you encounter any behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include:
- Issuing warnings to the offending user.
- Temporarily suspending the user’s account.
- Permanently banning the user from the platform.
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement.
